Steve Morasch Featured in Vancouver Business Journal

Landerholm attorney Steve Morasch recently authored an article published in the Vancouver Business Journal addressing a developing issue that could significantly impact local construction projects.

In the article, Steve examines a newly identified glitch in Clark County’s transportation concurrency code. This issue could delay more than 30 planned projects due to how the code is currently being interpreted, particularly regarding roadway capacity standards and land use approvals. [vbjusa.com]

The article highlights the potential ripple effects on development timelines and the local economy, as well as the need for clarity or corrective action at the county level.
