Jill Sasser's practice emphasizes estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and guardianships. She blends skilled professional representation with a commitment to compassionate personal service, often representing clients with trying family circumstances. Jill is sensitive to the complexities of legal matters that affect families, such as applying for guardianship for a relative, setting up trusts or wills with unique circumstances, or the difficult task of dividing assets after a loved one has passed away. Jill values the relationships she builds with her clients and enjoys using practical tools to solve problems and offer creative solutions. Her positive approach focuses on presenting options that achieve the clients' objectives.

It is important to Jill that clients understand both the big picture of their legal situation and the details of the next steps.

I encourage clients to call me with questions—no matter how inconsequential they may seem. I often make client to-do lists to help them navigate challenging legal situations with ease.
