Business owners are constantly juggling multiple responsibilities. As a working professional, wife, and mother, Erin knows how challenging it can be to achieve a healthy balance. Erin’s goal is to handle your legal matters so you can focus on your business.

Erin enjoys the diversity of legal issues inherent in business law. She assists businesses of all kinds in various stages of growth and development on matters including corporate and LLC structure, governance, and operations, transactions (including due diligence), and succession planning. Erin also advises health care clients on statutory and regulatory compliance, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA. Erin seeks to understand her clients’ needs, facilitate open communication, and consistently follow through to produce high quality results. She is particularly fond of details and thoroughness. Erin believes that a team approach is essential to providing the best service possible and routinely collaborates her colleagues and her clients’ other advisors to ensure coordinated representation.

In her spare time, Erin loves spending time with her husband, son, and two quirky Boston Terriers. A native of Nebraska, you will find Erin cheering on the Huskers during football season.

I enjoy helping my clients make sense out of complex issues.
