Adam Murray brings a valuable understanding of client needs to his general corporate law practice. He owned and operated several hospitality and tourism businesses before his legal career and has since conducted numerous mediations and served as a law clerk in a federal district court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. These experiences give Adam unique insight into the contexts in which clients’ legal issues arise and find resolution. Adam strives to always apply this knowledge in ways that add value and reduce unnecessary risks through carefully crafted transactions.

Adam enjoys learning about clients' businesses and how he can best contribute to their growth and overall strength and success. He was born and grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where he raised two daughters. He is an avid whitewater kayaker and a private pilot who likes exploring the Columbia River Gorge and getting to know the area's many fascinating businesses.

Listening is the most important skill of a great lawyer because the best legal solutions begin with a complete understanding of the problem or opportunity.
