Landerholm's 1st Annual Employment Law Seminar

We are pleased to announce that Landerholm’s Semi-Annual Employment Law Seminar will be transitioning to an annual format. Our vision is to expand our panel of speakers and accommodate a higher capacity of attendees. However, in compliance with the current public health guidelines, Landerholm’s 1st “official” Annual Employment Law Seminar will be held virtually using Zoom’s video conferencing software and will be free of charge. 

We understand the difficulties and complications that businesses are currently facing. Our employment law attorneys, James P. Sikora and Phillip J. Haberthur, strive to assist business owners, managers, and human resources professionals traverse an increasingly complex employment law landscape. This webinar will cover the latest employment law developments affecting employers throughout Washington and Oregon. Additionally, we will be discussing how to properly handle employee social media activity in the midst of a heated, pre-election political climate, and will also address the latest COVID-19 updates, including guidelines for safe workplaces, managing a remote workforce, and navigating complex leave situations as the pandemic continues.

Due to the rapid pace of change in recent months, we will provide a more detailed agenda in the weeks leading up to the seminar. This will allow us to ensure that we are discussing the latest developments and best practices.
