Land Use & Zoning

The land use and zoning practice group provides services to a broad base of major corporations, small businesses, and individual property owners and developers in meeting land use requirements and regulations necessary to achieve successful development projects. Representation in this area also includes meeting all environmental, public participation, and legal prerequisites for comprehensive plan amendments, zoning amendments and interpretation, land division, public improvement requirements and environmental reviews.
