The objective of this practice group is to assist clients in achieving their estate planning goals in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Through the optimal use of state and federal tax law opportunities, proper estate planning can save a substantial amount of time and expense. A person's estate plan becomes effective through the use of various types of legal documents, such as a Will, a Durable Power of Attorney, a Community Property Agreement, and/or different types of Trusts.
