Phillip (Phil) Haberthur is a trial lawyer focusing on representing clients in a broad range of areas, such as commercial/business, contract, real estate disputes, estate/probate matters, land use, creditor’s rights, and insolvency and restructuring matters. Phil has appeared and represented clients before Washington and Oregon state courts and Washington federal courts. In addition to trial work, Phil also maintains a busy appellate practice. He has appeared numerous times before Washington appellate courts, including the Washington Supreme Court.

Professional and community activities:

  • Mr. Haberthur is a member of the Leadership Clark County Class of 2008. He now currently serves on the Board of Directors of Leadership Clark County. He also volunteers his time with Washington State University Vancouver by serving on the Business Growth Mentor Advisory Board.
  • Mr. Haberthur served four years as a Council member on the Battle Ground City Council, including two years as the Deputy Mayor. Before his term on the City Council, Mr. Haberthur served two years on the City of Battle Ground Planning Commission.
