Michael Simon
The focus of Mike Simon's law practice is representing condominium and homeowners associations, government condemnations, individuals and businesses with land use, real estate, and civil litigation matters. He approaches each issue through its details, reviewing and interpreting the most complex documents to formulate the best approach to representing his clients.
“I actually enjoy reading condo and homeowner associations governing documents.”
Mike is constantly eager to learn how the world and the ever-expanding legal landscape are developing, from land title issues to rock quarrying, especially if such knowledge gives his clients an edge. He is also an experienced world traveler and enjoys regular trips with Medical Teams International to Central America, where he helps to improve basic health conditions.
