Erin represents business clients, including sole proprietors and other entities, such as corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and non-profit organizations with regard to a variety of matters.

Erin assists businesses in various stages of growth and development. Her practice focuses on entity formations and dissolutions, governance matters, and transactions, including business purchases and sales, reorganizations, mergers, and entity conversions. Erin also assists clients with preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and she assists clients with compliance issues by helping them understand and navigate statutory and regulatory obligations and address licensing matters. In addition, Erin enjoys working with health care clients to help them understand the statutory and regulatory framework applicable to health care entities, including federal Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA compliance. Erin relishes details, and enjoys working on complex projects.

Erin’s goals when serving clients are facilitating open communication, following through, and resolving matters in a timely fashion so that clients can focus on their businesses. Erin believes that a team approach is essential to providing quality service to clients, and routinely works with other professionals to ensure coordinated representation.

Erin became interested in business law arose by working in the legal field. She found the variety of legal matters that arise for businesses on a daily basis to be both interesting and challenging, which led her to attend law school. In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and two lovable and active Boston Terriers. Erin also enjoys reading, relaxing, and the occasional spa day.
