Brad Andersen is a trial attorney and litigator representing a broad range of clients in a wide variety of litigation and trial disputes, such as business, contract, construction, real estate and employment disputes, government wrongdoing, land use, condemnation, personal injury, and estate/probate litigation.

"A person must feel they were heard and given a fair shake by the judge or jury. My job is to zealously advocate for and navigate our clients through the court system so that they have the best shot at securing justice."

As the former Prosecuting Attorney for Skamania County, and after many years in private practice, Brad has taken verdicts in many jury and court trials. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Andersen has argued dozens of cases before the Washington Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals, including several landmark cases.
